New Year! 2012

Well it is January of 2012 and I am not going to promise keep up on this sight but I am going to try....I am in Texas City right now so when I get home I will be posting pics of the last two and a half years just do you can see what we have been up to! Well I hope everyone has a great year! The best is yet to come!

May 1-25

This month has been good so far.  Jett is now laughing and talking, I think he is doing that more than Zoe did at his age.  He is now about 13 pounds so he is getting big.

Zoe is now finally over 20 pounds. She is very silly, I have been told that she acts just like me when I was a little girl.   

This month Granny and Papa (Jace's grandparents) came to visit.  It has been since August since they have seen Zoe and the first time they got to see Jett, they enjoyed spending time with them and getting to see how big they are.

This weekend we went swimming!  Zoe has never been in a big swimming pool!  We had a blast!

I had to post the 1st trough the 25th because the next 2 weeks, we will be going to Texas City and I am pretty sure there will be lots of pictures to share.

April 2009

This month has been a long one, but it is just about over and May will be here.  I can't wait until close to the end of May because our pool at our apartment opens on the 23rd and I can't wait to get Zoe and Jett in the water and see how they do.  At the beginning of the month we got to go to Texas City and see our family, it was a very eventful trip.  It was Jett's first long car ride and Zoe's second or third.  On the way home we found out that Zoe gets carsick, so happy to say when we go down in May we are flying!!  Thank you Mom and Dad, Grandma and Grandpa!!!  This month Jett has started to lift his head when he is on his stomach and he is going to be moving soon because he already tries to scoot everywhere.  Jett got his 2 month shots on the 14th, he did not like that at all.  I took him to the doctor the other day and he is now 11 lbs 12 oz.  and 23 inches long.  He has also started smiling and laughing at things.  He especially likes to smile at Zoe, cause she is silly.  Zoe has 7 teeth now, it is about time.  Zoe was weighed about two weeks ago and she is still 19 lbs 4 oz.  Maybe she will get bigger one day! Hehe.
 Zoe also got her bangs trimmed this month, her hair grows so fast.  Jace is going to days starting the 27th, we are all super excited because we get to spend more time with him.  He had 8 days off in a row that he spent at home helping me out with the kids!  With Jace working nights the last 7 months, these 8 days off has helped Zoe bond with her daddy more, and that makes me very happy!!  Me, I am almost done with this semester.  Two more weeks!!!!  I have about one more year at South Plains College and then hopefully I get to transfer to Texas Tech University in the Fall of 2010.  Oh yeah!!  We made some new friends this month, Michael and Krystie Martin, they have two kids a little girl who is 3 and a little boy who is 9 months and already walking.  They are awesome people and I am glad we met them.  I also met a girl name Ashley Sires and she is in the picture cutting Zoe's hair and she has two little girls, they are 1 and 2 years old.  We haven't hung out yet but I am pretty sure that will change.  Well that is about it for the month of April, lots to talk about next month!!  I finish the semester; Jett is taking his 3 month pictures; Jett, Zoe, and I are going to Texas City on the 28th of May for Stacie's graduation and to visit family, Jace gets to work!! and Zoe, nothing special is really planned for her but I am pretty sure she will find a way to make May interesting.

Zoe's Birthday and visit to Texas City

April 3-6 we went to Texas City to visit family and we had Zoe's 1st birthday party and her family and friends came to celebrate.

We had alot of fun and we can't wait to go back for Stacie's graduation in May.
